An adaptive reuse of a vacant, downtown Los Angeles butter factory into a 196,500 sf seven-level, mixed-use building with retail, restaurants, offices, an automated parking system, and a penthouse level private club.
The existing lower 2 levels and level 3 are to house various retail and restaurant tenants, including a wrap-around terrace at the 3rd level. Levels 3 & 4, and the basement, are to house an automate parking system, a solution to providing parking for an existing building in the dense urban fabric of downtown Los Angeles. Levels 5 & 6 are to serve as office spaces for various tenants, including the option for a co-working space. The penthouse level is proposed as a private club with restaurants and a private pool and sun deck for members.
The building will provide connections to users through its varied functions and spaces.
Project Type: Mixed-Use
Status: Unbuilt
