A new mixed-use development in tandem with the restoration of the historic 1938 CBS building along Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. The development is a full city block consisting of 340,000 square feet of new commercial space in two new six-story office buildings with 5 levels of subterranean parking, a two-story bungalow building, and a residential tower all connected by landscaped courtyards. The mixed-use campus reflects upon local history while providing current architectural and cultural needs in Hollywood.
