A private residence located in a waterfront neighborhood in Savannah, GA with new owners looking to update the house for their needs. The scope included refinishing the exterior materials, a new primary suite with modifications to the first floor plan, a modified rear deck with a new screened porch, and a second level renovation to convert the old primary suite into multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Expected to be completed in late 2024.
