Located on a prominent corner in downtown Savannah, GA on Drayton and Oglethorpe Streets, 144 Drayton is an existing two-story masonry building. The simple facades are set back from the streets and have entries from both streets to accommodate multiple tenants. The existing exposed recessed staircase was replaced with a two-story height curtainwall system, a restored cornice, updated canopy and storefront, refreshed paint, and fully cleaned and prepared for future tenants. The building is currently under construction and expected to be completed in 2025.
