Located on Grand Avenue in downtown Los Angeles, Otium, a freestanding 8,500 square foot restaurant, shares the adjacent gathering plaza with The Broad Museum. The restaurant sits atop 2nd Street bridge structure, making its presence known boasting custom tube steel storefronts, IPE wood siding, steel trellis elements, and a rustic exposed metal entry canopy. The restaurant interior emphasizes an open kitchen merging indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The compelling building was completed in Fall of 2015.
